GENERAL:
The distinctive features of the Master’s Program in “Applied Statistics” are:
(a) The offering of a minimum number of core (mandatory) courses that include all the statistical knowledge deemed essential for any scientist wishing to engage in Applied Statistics, and
(b) The offering of a sufficient number of elective courses, allowing graduate students, depending on their preferences, to specialize in:
- I. Biostatistics
- II. Statistical Methods in Finance
- III. Statistical Quality Control
- IV. Statistical Methods in Data Science
